To Add Programs to Folders

Follow these steps to add a Program to a folder, in AssetWise.
  1. In AssetWise Director, open the Folder for which you want to add a Program.
  2. Expand the Programs section. For example,
  3. Click Query Programs.
  4. You can do either of the following:

    Drag and drop a Program from the search results folder, into the Programs section

    or

    Enter the Program Code in the Number column, press Tab, and then click Save.

  5. Enter the Name and Description for the folder.
  6. Enter the Approval Status for the folder
  7. Enter a Status for the folder.
